What we keep

Your name, phone number, delivery address, orders and any payment receipt you upload. If you give us an email address we keep that too.

What we do with it

We use it to get your order to your door and to answer you when you get in touch. Your phone number is shared with the rider carrying your parcel. Your payment receipt is visible only to authorised store staff so they can verify the transfer.

We do not sell your details to anybody.

Cookies

One session cookie holds your bag, saved items, sign-in and an anonymous visitor ID used for the owner's shopping-funnel report. There is no advertising tracker.

Your say

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it through our contact page. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, and delete the rest on request.
