Terms of sale
Prices
Every price on this site is in Tanzanian Shillings and includes VAT. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you place the order. A crossed-out price is a price the item genuinely sold at.
Stock
Stock is held the moment you place an order, not when you add to your bag. If something sells out between those two moments we tell you at checkout rather than taking your money and cancelling later.
Payment
Mobile money is taken before dispatch. Cash on delivery is paid to the rider, in full, at the door. An order that is not paid within 24 hours is cancelled and the stock returned.
Delivery promises
The windows quoted at checkout are the ones we work to. Where a same-day cut-off has passed, the option is withdrawn rather than offered and missed. Delays caused by weather, traffic or a wrong address are outside our control, and we will always call you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
